Certification of non-slip-surfaces

All our GRP bridge decks are equipped with a robust anti-slip coating. This finish is applied fully automatically and consists of a grain structure. We extensively test every production batch ourselves in our factory. This ensures that the wear layer is of excellent quality.

In addition, TÜV Rheinland tests the anti-slip coating to determine which class it can be classified in.

This test is carried out on the basis of DIN 51130:2014-02 and ASR-A 1.5 and Merkblatt ‘Fuẞboden in Arbeitsräumen und Arbeitsbereichen mit Rutschgefahr.’ GUV-R181.

Grain size 0.7 mm achieves class R12. Grain sizes 1.0-2.0 mm and 1.0-3.0 mm both achieve class R13.
